Do I need to register to purchase items?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for the best shopping experience. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, standard shipping typically takes 8-12 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@liodan.com if your order is still processing and you need to make changes. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has shipped, so please reach out as soon as possible.

How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are $6.95 for United States orders and $7.95 for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated clearly at checkout.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately at support@liodan.com if your order hasn't shipped yet so we can correct the address. If your order has already shipped, it may be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund. For resending to the correct address, please contact customer service to arrange a new delivery.
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason, whether the product is opened or unopened. To initiate a return, contact us at support@liodan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions and our return address. How long does it take to process a return?
Return processing typically takes 5-10 business days once we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email when we receive your return and again once your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as bank processing times may vary.
