What's Covered
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you haven't opened your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in original, sealed condition with all packaging intact.
OPENED/USED PRODUCTS
If you've tried your product and aren't satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply ship the item back to us — whether it's unused, partially used, or fully used.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
First, email support@liodan.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return, as this helps us improve our service. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and our return address. Then, ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
For unopened products, the customer pays return shipping. For opened or used products, the customer also pays return shipping. For damaged or defective products, we pay return shipping and will provide you with a prepaid label.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, though bank processing times may vary.
What's Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to returns requested after 30 days from delivery date, products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect, products purchased from unauthorized retailers (only orders from liodan.com are covered), or international orders which may have different return options (please contact us first to discuss).
Important Notes
We allow one refund per customer per product type to prevent refund abuse. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy terms. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for damaged or defective items.
